Our policies are designed to ensure each custom jewelry experience is successful.

We founded iBond with one goal in mind: giving our customers a unique, enjoyable and memorable custom jewelry experience.Our policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more.


By doing business with us, you have agreed to all our terms and conditions described below with no exceptions. Therefore, we reserve the rights to not provide services to customers who do not follow all of our policies.

BOOKING POLICY

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable custom jewelry experience, we kindly request that all appointments be booked at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare adequately for your visit and provide you with the best possible service. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid ayour deposit being non-renundable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We look forward to welcoming you!

CANCELLATION POLICY

We offer flexible cancellation of a full refund of your deposited amount if canceled 72 hours before the booking date and time.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled booking can be easily rescheduled for a later date without any penalty. We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure you have flexibility in your scheduling. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we'll be happy to assist you in finding a new date that works for you. Thank you for your understanding!

No cancellation and/or rescheduling options will be provided less than 24 hours of your booking date and time. No refunds or store credit will be provided at this point.

LATE POLICY

​Your appointment begins at the scheduled start time. If you're unable to arrive on time, please give us a call so we can adjust the schedule accordingly to accommodate you.

If you do not call and do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

ALCOHOL POLICY

As a courtesy to our customers, we may offer complimentary beverages for on-premises consumption, limited to two alcoholic drinks containing spirits, twelve (12) ounces of wine, or twenty-four (24) ounces of beer per day. This service is available only to guests who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Our Complimentary Beverage License is proudly displayed in-store. Enjoy responsibly!

Please note that this offer applies only to online booking sessions at our location. We do not provide or bring alcohol to private events held at your desired location. 

 

CUSTOM JEWELRY POLICY

Take your time to choose the perfect link or chain from our curated selection. Please note that once the chain is cut, the sale is considered final. We encourage you to explore your options thoroughly to ensure you find the piece that best fits your style.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for any sold pieces. We recommend taking special care of your jewelry to ensure it stays safe and secure.

If you need to remove your custom piece for any reason, feel free to visit us during our opening hours for assistance. Alternatively, you can also remove it at home by cutting it carefully.

We offer FREE re-weld for any custom jewelry purchased from us or any other stores. This service ensures that your piece is bonded to you however long you chose. 

WARRANTY POLICY

We understand that things happen and you might lose your precious jewelry. That’s why we offer a warranty program that allows you to replace any lost or tarnished piece for a small fee of $9.99 at anytime. Please note that this warranty is only available at the time of purchase and can only be placed on one(1) piece of jewelry. If you are stacking your jewelry, please consider adding warranty on each chosen piece. Be sure to take advantage of this offer to protect your precious jewelry. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities!

​🗓 Within 30 days we will replace the piece with the same chain, or a chain of the same price at no charge.

🗓 30-90 days we will replace the piece at 50% off on your next chosen jewelry.

🗓 Beyond 90 days the customer is responsible for replacement and no discount will be applied.

Every 2 weeks Program

We understand that committing to just one piece of jewelry can be tough. That’s why our subscription service, ‘Refresh Your Style, Every Two Weeks!’ offers you the flexibility to switch up your look effortlessly. For a fraction of the price, you’ll receive a brand new bracelet, anklet, or necklace every two weeks!

Each time, we’ll remove and keep your old piece, ensuring you always shine with fresh, stylish designs. Embrace change and express yourself with ease—because your jewelry should be as dynamic as you are!

This program can only be added after the first purchase.

RESERVATION OF RIGHT TO AMEND OUR POLICIES

With respect to the policies established above, iBond Permanent Jewelry  reserves the right to modifying and/or suspend any of the policies at any time without recourse, notifications or actions from any customers.
