WHAT IS PERMANENT JEWELRY?
Permanent jewelry is a clasps-less, timeless, and customizable piece of jewelry that is fitted just for you.
WHAT IS THE CHAIN MADE OF?
Our chains are 14k gold filled, and sterling silver, ensuring durability and style for every occasion. We expect these chains to last up to 10 years with proper care.
We do offer enamels options for a more trendy and fun option.
WILL MY CHAIN TARNISH?
With proper care, our chains should resist turning or tarnishing quickly. It's important to avoid contact with chemicals. If you use perfume, oils, lotions, spray tan, or apply substances like bug spray or sunscreen, be sure to rinse off the chain with dish soap and water afterward. The pH of skin and exposure to chemicals in cleaning and swimming can naturally affect metal jewelry, causing tarnishing or other reactions. We cannot be held responsible in such cases.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT IT PERMANENTLY?
No need to worry—we've got you covered. Opt for a clasp option to give yourself the flexibility and freedom to remove your favorite piece whenever you like.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY JEWELRY BREAKS?
For your safety, the jewelry is designed to break with 10 lbs of pressure or less. If broken, please come and see us with the chain and we will re-weld it for FREE.
Please note all sales are final.
CAN I PASS TSA WITH IT?
Passing TSA with permanent jewelry is generally fine.
WHAT IF I NEED TO REMOVE IT FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES?
If you need to remove your jewelry for any reason, feel free to stop by our store, or you can use sharp kitchen scissors or simple wire cutters at home to cut it at the jumping/weld. Once cut, please keep the chain securely. We will be more than happy to repair it for you at no cost.
DO I NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
No! You can stop into our store in Edmond during our open hours for walk ins. However, appointments will take priority.
You can book a 101 personalized experience with us online in just a few minutes. We do offer some refreshments to customers who book online appointments.
DO YOU HAVE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?
For customers under the age of 18, we require parents to be present without exception.
